Trump did not win the 2020 election. Joe Biden won 306 electoral votes to Trump's 232 when the Electoral College voted on December 14, 2020, and Congress certified the result early on January 7, 2021. Democrats never contested a Trump win; instead, Trump's side tried to overturn Biden's victory.
