Max Delente, Pardon My Take producer and Philadelphia 76ers fan whose bachelor party is referenced, has been quoted on Philadelphia Eagles 5 times in 3 episodes of Pardon My Take, most recently on October 19, 2026. Each quote below is verbatim and links to the moment it was said.

In their words

Delente said the Eagles' struggles stemmed from a lack of talented players rather than coaching.
“It's hard to even be mad. The players are bad. They're bad football players right now”

Delente argued the Eagles would have lost to the Rams regardless of their failed goal-line sequence because the Rams scored so quickly.
“they would have won no matter what. Because they scored so quickly those two times”

Delente predicted the injury-depleted Eagles would be blown out in their London game the following week.
“No one's playing next week. We're going to get absolutely boat-raced in London”

Delente argues that Jalen Hurts has become an inconsistent quarterback who alternates good and very bad stretches.
“he is just an inconsistent quarterback like that is what I found about Jalen Hurts is that he has stretches where he looks fantastic”

Delente argues the Eagles' failure to re-sign Nakobe Dean and replacing him with Jihaad Campbell has hurt the defense.
“It turns out not being able to re-sign N'Kobe Dean and having Jihad Campbell take his spot is not working out for any of the parties involved”

Delente predicted the Eagles would get 'absolutely boat-raced' in London, but on October 11, 2026, they lost only 19-17 to the Jaguars at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Philadelphia led 14-7 at halftime and 17-16 late in the fourth quarter before Cam Little's 57-yard field goal won it at the end. A 2-point loss decided by a last-second kick is not a blowout.
