Soma released 'Your Soul is the Holy Sound' on April 13, 2025, through David V. D'Andrea's label Samaritan Press. It is a five-track 10-inch record, limited to 500 copies, with art and packaging by D'Andrea. That matches the predicted spring 2025 release, well before the June 30, 2025 deadline.

Soma was billed to open for Tyler Childers at the Hollywood Bowl on June 10, 2025, and the show took place. The other opener that night was Robert Earl Keen, not Medium Build. Soma shared bills with Medium Build on later tour dates, in Camden, Boston and Bristow in September 2025.
